Almost 10 years in Spain

Since 2001 we have been living and working with great joy on the Costa del Sol in Andalusia – South Spain. After running our own jewelry store for 25 years in Holland, we thought it was about time for a radical change and a new challenge. A different way of living, working and relaxing. We have been living and working in Spain now for almost 10 years and completely adapted to the Spanish way of living. Besides work, which we are doing with great pleasure, we try to spend as much time possible enjoying the Spain and travelling through the beautiful Andalusia.

Our company Costa Andalucía Homes S.L.

In 2003 we started our real estate business Costa Andalucía Homes S.L. based in Mijas Costa, on the beautiful Costa del Sol. During the first years our main job consisted of selling property on the Costa del Sol. However during the time we kept getting more and more requests for holiday rentals. In first instance most requests were from relatives and friends who were of course inspired by our enthusiasm and needed to see for themselves what the Costa del Sol is all about, so they came to spend their holiday on the Costa de Sol.

Renting a holiday property on the Costa del Sol

What started as a service for friends and family eventually turned into the main business of our company Costa Andalucía Homes S.L. At this moment we rent out about 40 holiday apartments and villas and we keep getting more and more. We are a small yet enthusiastic, devoted and service aimed team. Personal contact with our clients is the key to our service. It allows us to meet up to your specific holiday requirements. From your first contact with us you have a personal advisor for all your questions. And our service goes much further than just booking your holiday accommodation. Should you require we arrange your airport pick up and take you to your holiday destination where we hand you the keys and guide you through your apartment or villa. In the event you decide to rent a car, you will receive a clear route description to a meeting point. From there we personally guide you to your holiday accommodation. Should you need any assistance or experience any problems during your stay, we are always available for help. Because of this personal and service focused way or working, many hundreds of customers have enjoyed an unforgettable holiday in one of our many wonderful apartments and villas. This is what makes it our ideal job which we do with great pleasure

Our services

Costa Andalucía Homes S.L. has grown so much that we now work with a team of good and reliable people that allow us to offer fabulous services consisting of:

• Cleaning holiday properties plus laundry service for linen
• Property maintenance and repairs
• Garden maintenance
• Cleaning and maintaining of swimming pools
• Professional Photo portfolios of the properties including aerial photos and 360º virtual tour photos.

Personal guidance

Because we are a small team you are sure of optimal and personal guidance when buying a property on the Costa del Sol. You have one personal expert to help you answer all questions in a professional and honest way. That guidance goes way beyond helping you find a suitable property. We also help you request all necessary paperwork, opening a Spanish bank account etc.

After Sales service

Costa Andalucía Homes S.L. takes care of your property on the Costa del Sol in Spain if you wish so. We have a fixed team taking care of maintenance and repair work of your property, garden and swimming pool. Upon request we can also do regular inspections of your property when you are not in Spain for a certain period.
