It has a beautiful terrace with superb view on the beach, sea, Africa and Gibraltar. The sunny living room is provide with one sofa, 2 fauteuils, dining table with 4 chairs, satellite TV with some English and Spanish canals and electric heating. Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, ceramic cooker, oven, fridge, water cooker, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, etc. Two comfortably bedrooms both with beautiful sea view. Bedroom 1 has a double bed wardrobe and electric heating. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. There are two fully fitted bathrooms. Bathroom 1 has a bad tube, wash-basin, toilet and washing machine. Bathroom 2 has a shower, toilet and wash-basin. Terrace with garden furniture. A real must for a perfect beach holiday for maximum 4 persons! Sufficient parking space in front of the door. Distance Malaga airport: 30 minutes, Marbella 15 minutes, Fuengirola 10 minutes
Situation: The small complex is situated directly on the beach. It has a splendid garden with swimming pool, sun terrace and sufficient sun beds. From the complex you have direct access to the beach. On walking distant of restaurants, shops, public transport and the Oceano Beach hotel with his beautiful terrace and restaurant. The apartment is situated on just 1 km distance from La Cala de Mijas. In La Cala de Mijas there is also a English medical service.
Prices & Bookings information: The apartment is suitable for 4 persons. Changeover day is generally Saturday. Other days on request. No pets please. Smoking inside not allowed.

Sufficient towels and bed linen are provided. During the stay: extra cleaning or change of towels and bed linen are NOT included. On request we can provide this. There is a washing machine/dryer in the apartment.
Booking: Deposit 50% to be paid within 14 days after the receipt of the reservation invoice. Balance: The remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. Refundable damage deposit € 250,-

La Cala de Mijas: La Cala the Mijas is situated in a bay with one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa del Sol. Here you also find a beautiful small square with several restaurants and bars. This village has a vast choice of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Each Wednesday and Saturday from 09.00 till 14.30 there is a popular market (ell Barratillo) were you can buy things such as vegetable, fruit and clothing. La Cala the Mijas is situated very central between popular holiday destinations such as Fuengirola and Marbella. Although the of origin old fisherman village has been cultivated considerably it still has preserved something of his Andalusia´s character. La Cala has entirely to Spanish tradition of course also several festivals. Famous is the annual market, where the complete population participates to all kinds of festivities for a week. In the warm summer months the Saturday nights are always celebrated in La Cala. The boulevard becomes then the setting of Spanish music and Flamenco dance. Eating, Drinking & Social evenings: By its origin as a fisherman village you find in La Cala de Mijas several good fish restaurants with local menus. The local menu is based on fish and shellfish, as well as a large variety of meat. There are traditional Spanish tapas bars where you can taste local delicious such as Gambas pill pill (shrimps in garlic), Mejiones (mussels), Spanish ´chorizo´ sausage and regional cheeses. As a result of the large numbers of foreign tourists there are also sufficiently international restaurants present.
Sport & Recreation: If you´re feeling energetic enough you´ll find plenty places from where you can go windsurfing or scuba diving. Fuengirola is very popular with golfers as it is ideally located for access to a wide selection of courses on Spain´s "Costa del Golf". There´s a zoo as well as a water park. By night there´s no shortage of restaurants, bars and disco´s to suit every taste and pocket.
Andalusia / Costa Del Sol: Costa del Sol or "The Sunny Coast", more Spanish is almost impossible. And there really are excellent beaches, most of them cleaned every day and with all the services that only a great Spanish beach can offer; bars, restaurants, showers, beach umbrellas, beach beds, palm trees, children´s parks, special access for the disabled, lifeguard services, policing, water sports and much more. On the Costa del Sol There is something for all the family, including the children and young people. One of the best wildlife parks on the European continent is Selwo Aventura, in Estepona. Here you will find more than 200 species of animals from all over the world. Selwo marina situated in Benalmádena is the maritime version, having the only penguin aquarium in Spain. In Benalmádena you also find the famous Tivoli Park, whit attractions of all kinds for all the family. From the Tivoli Park one can ride to the top of Mount Carramolo in a modern cable car, to enjoy breathtaking views over the entire coastline. But there are also aspects of the Costa del Sol that can´t be easily listed under tourist attraction categories. These are the beauty of the landscape, the friendliness of the people, and the many cultures that have passed through this region over many centuries, each leaving something of their culture behind. This is something we can all enjoy in this privileged corner of the world.
