HOLIDAY VILLA:
Rustic style country house lying on a hillside in beautiful natural surroundings. On the top floor you find the tastefully decorated and furnished living room with dining area, open kitchen and open fire place. Double doors leading to the fantastic, covered terrace. This is the ideal place to have breakfast, or to enjoy the fantastic sunsets with a good glass of wine. The completely equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. On the same level you find one bedroom which is used as television room with a sofa bed, TV, DVD player and radio. One bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, toilet and bidet. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms with wardrobes and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. A door gives access to the private pool and spacious terracotta terraces with 4 sun beds and lots of privacy.
Every room has individually air-conditioning hot/cold.
SITUATION:
The 3 year old villa is situated in the hills and outskirts of Coín. The road to the house is good, but narrow and tortuous with a small piece (approximate 300 meters) of sandy road. The drive way down to the house is a little bit steep, but with a normal car of at least 1500 cc you can easily drive up. However it is really worth while because of the breathtaking views, the idyllic location and luxurious accommodation in rustic style. It offers complete serenity, privacy and breathtaking views over the valley and the mountains. A truly fantastic place to relax and get away from the crowd, surrounded by oaks olive and almond trees etc. From the house it is approximately a 10 min drive to all facilities such as shops, restaurants, bars, etc. and 30 to 45 min drive to jet set areas as Marbella and Puerto Banus, golf courses and the beach.
Málaga airport 30 minutes.
COIN & ALHUARIN EL GRANDE:
The lively Spanish towns of Coin and Alhaurin el Grande are about 10 minutes away by car. Here you´ll find a good selection of supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. Just outside Coin you will find the modern shopping centre "La Trocha". Going further inland there are many places of interest to visit such as the historic town of Ronda, many Andalucian Pueblos Blancos and much wonderful unspoilt countryside.
SPORTING ACTIVITYS:
For the more adventurous holiday maker there are at least two horse riding-schools in Coin. The rides will take you through rivers and river valleys, through orange and lemon tree plantations, over hills into the rugged countryside that is Andalucía. At the coast you´ll find numerous of water sports and activities available all along the beaches such as windsurfing, paragliding and water-skiing. Along the coast you´ll also find several huge aqua parks with water slides, artificial waves and swimming pools. Other activities which are available in the area are mountain biking in the hills. There are also more than 40 world-class golf courses around the area making this the ideal spot for a golfing and beach holiday.
EATING, DRINKING & SOCIAL EVENINGS:
In the area there is a wide range of Spanish and international restaurants in all price levels. Marbella is well known as the nightlife capital of the Costa del Sol. There are plenty of good pubs and bars and you do not really need to enter a club or a discotheque before midnight or 1 a.m.
ANDALUSIA / COSTA DEL SOL:
Costa del Sol or "The Sunny Coast", more Spanish is almost impossible.
And there really are excellent beaches, with all the services that a great Spanish beach can offer. On the Costa del Sol there is something for all the family. One of the best wildlife parks is Selwo Aventura in Estepona. Selwo marina situated in Benalmádena is the maritime version, having the only penguin aquarium in Spain. In Benalmádena you also find the famous Tivoli Park, whit all kinds of attractions including a modern cable car to ride to the top of Mount Carramolo, to enjoy breathtaking views over the entire coastline. For the more culture minded among us, don´t miss the famous city´s like Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba and Ronda. And last but not least, just a few kilometer from the coast you´ll find tranquility and the most beautiful natural landscape with the famous and peaceful Pueblos Blancos (white villages). This is something we can all enjoy in this privileged corner of the world.

Changeover day is generally Saturday. Other days on request.

PRICES PER WEEK:
Low season: € 475,- per week (November till and of April, except Christmas- & Easter holiday).
Mid season: € 675,- per week (May, June, September and October plus Christmas- & Easter holiday).
High season: € 875,- per week (July and August).
Price are including electric, water and air-conditioning / heating.
Excl. cleaning before arrival and laundry cost.
Arrival cleaning € 95.- / Laundry cost € 10,- per person.

Sufficient towels and bed linen are provided. During the stay: extra cleaning or change of towels and bed linen are NOT included. On request we can provide this. There is a washing machine/dryer in the apartment.
Booking: Deposit 50% to be paid within 14 days after the receipt of the reservation invoice.
Balance: The remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to departure.
Refundable damage deposit € 250,-
Payments can be done by bank transaction.
