SITUATION:
The apartment is southeast facing and is situated in a gated complex with communal garden and swimming pool. Views from terrace over the urbanisation, garden and pool and partly sea. Walking distance to supermarket, shops, restaurants and beach. Nearest train staion 400 meter. Only 5 minutes from Málaga airport!
TORREMOLINOS:
Torremolinos is probably the most known resort of the Costa del Sol. Famous for its weather, with over 320 days of sunshine per year, and an average temperature of 22ºC. Summer temperatures seldom fall below about 30ºC. Originally a fishing village, nowadays Torremolinos is a well known holiday destination much associated with the idea of fun in the sun. It has enough variation to suit more than just the young people looking for night clubs, pubs and discos. Most tourists come to the Costa del Sol to enjoy the beaches and the weather and they won´t be disappointed by the beaches from Torremolinos as they are clean and sandy, which has also contributed to its popularity as a holiday resort. The beaches from Los Alamos and Playamar stretches to the east and the Carihuela beaches stretches to the west towards Benalmádena Costa and although they do tend to get busy during the peak summer months of July and August there is always some space to be found for the sun worshippers to lie and soak up the sun.
SPORT & RECRATION:
For the more adventurous holiday maker there are numerous water sports and activities available all along the beaches such as windsurfing, paragliding and water-skiing. Torremolinos in summer is also a place which appeals to families. Not only the children will enjoy the huge aqua park with water slides, artificial waves and swimming pools. Other activities which are available in the area are pony trekking and mountain biking in the hills. There are also many world-class golf courses around the area making this the ideal spot for a golfing and beach holiday.
EATING, DRINKING & SOCIAL EVENINGS:
On the beach it is a good idea to make use of the numerous beach hut restaurants (chiringuitos) at lunch time and be sure to sample some of the local specialities of sardines done on the barbeque, paella and fried fish (pescaitos fritos). There are over 250 international and Spanish restaurants in Torremolinos. Some of the best bars and restaurants are found on or near the beachfront in La Carihuela, once the fishermen´s district, now the most upmarket area. Torremolinos is well known as one of the nightlife capitals of the Costa del Sol. There are plenty of good pubs and bars and you do not really need to enter a club or a discotheque before midnight or 1 a.m.
ANDALUSIA / COSTA DEL SOL:
Costa del Sol or "The Sunny Coast", more Spanish is almost impossible.
And there really are excellent beaches, with all the services that a great Spanish beach can offer. On the Costa del Sol there is something for all the family. One of the best wildlife parks is Selwo Aventura in Estepona. Selwo marina situated in Benalmádena is the maritime version, having the only penguin aquarium in Spain. In Benalmádena you also find the famous Tivoli Park, whit all kinds of attractions including a modern cable car to ride to the top of Mount Carramolo, to enjoy breathtaking views over the entire coastline. For the more culture minded among us, don´t miss the famous city´s like Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba and Ronda. And last but not least, just a few kilometer from the coast you´ll find tranquility and the most beautiful natural landscape with the famous and peaceful Pueblos Blancos (white villages). This is something we can all enjoy in this privileged corner of the world.

Changeover day is generally Saturday. Other days on request.

PRICES PER WEEK:
Low season: € 475,- per week (November till and of April, except Christmas- & Easter holiday)
Mid season: € 575,- per week (May, June, September and October plus Christmas- & Easter holiday)
High season: € 675,- per week (July and August)
Price are including electric, water and air-conditioning / heating.
Excl. cleaning before arrival and laundry cost.
Arrival cleaning € 65.- / Laundry cost € 10,- per person.
Sufficient towels and bed linen for 6 persons are provided.
During the stay: extra cleaning or change of towels and bed linen are NOT included. On request we can provide this. There is a washing machine/dryer in the apartment.
Booking: Deposit 50% to be paid within 14 days after the receipt of the reservation invoice.
Balance: The remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to departure.
Refundable damage deposit € 250,-
Payments can be done by bank transaction.
