APARTMENT:
Spacious and luxury apartment in beautiful natural surroundings. The apartment have 2 terraces, one facing west to enjoy the fantastic sunsets with a good glass of wine, and one facing east which makes it a perfect breakfast area. Tastefully decorated and furnished living room with dining area, open fire and sliding doors to the terrace. Completely equipped open plan kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. 3 King-size bedrooms with build-in wardrobes and 3 fully fitted en-suite bathrooms. Master bathroom with bathtub, big shower for two persons, toilet, bidet and two wash-basins. Two other bathrooms 1 with bath and 1 with shower cabin. The living room has two sofa´s and a arm-chair, open fireplace, ceiling fans, satellite TV, DVD player. Dining area with dining table and 6 chairs.

LA MAIRENA:
The urbanization La Mairena is unique on the Costa del Sol, a haven of peace and tranquility, surrounded by forests of cork and oak, and offering amazing coastal views from its lofty hillside position....yet, within a ten minute drive you can reach the superb sandy beaches, and lively shops, bars and restaurants of Elviria, one of Marbella´s classiest areas. La Mairena itself has its own on-site facilities. La Chêne Liège is a celebrated French restaurant within the confines of the resort and this is joined by a trendy wine bar. Also there´s a Clubhouse with a gymnasium and tennis courts alongside the Hofsäss tennis academy run by the former German Davis Cup coach. In addition, the golf courses of La Cala Resort and Santa Maria Golf & Country Club can be reached in 5 minutes.

SPORTING ACTIVITYS:
For the more adventurous holiday maker there are numerous water sports and activities available all along the beaches such as windsurfing, paragliding and water-skiing. Torremolinos in summer is also a place which appeals to families. Not only the children will enjoy the huge aqua park with water slides, artificial waves and swimming pools. Other activities which are available in the area are pony trekking and mountain biking in the hills. There are also many world-class golf courses around the area making this the ideal spot for a golfing and beach holiday.
EATING, DRINKING & SOCIAL EVENINGS:
On the beach it is a good idea to make use of the numerous beach hut restaurants (chiringuitos) at lunch time and be sure to sample some of the local specialities of sardines done on the barbeque, paella and fried fish (pescaitos fritos). There is a wide range of international and Spanish restaurants in all price levels the area. Some of the best bars and restaurants are found on or near the beach between Elviria and Marbella. Marbella is well known as the nightlife capital of the Costa del Sol. There are plenty of good pubs and bars and you do not really need to enter a club or a discotheque before midnight or 1 a.m.
ANDALUSIA / COSTA DEL SOL:
Costa del Sol or "The Sunny Coast", more Spanish is almost impossible.
And there really are excellent beaches, most of them cleaned every day and with all the services that only a great Spanish beach can offer; bars, restaurants, showers, beach umbrellas, beach beds, palm trees, children´s parks, special access for the disabled, lifeguard services, policing, water sports and much more. On the Costa del Sol There is something for all the family, including the children and young people. One of the best wildlife parks on the European continent is Selwo Aventura, in Estepona. Here you will find more than 200 species of animals from all over the world. Selwo marina situated in Benalmádena is the maritime version, having the only penguin aquarium in Spain. In Benalmádena you also find the famous Tivoli Park, whit attractions of all kinds for all the family. From the Tivoli Park one can ride to the top of Mount Carramolo in a modern cable car, to enjoy breathtaking views over the entire coastline. But there are also aspects of the Costa del Sol that can´t be easily listed under tourist attraction categories. These are the beauty of the landscape, the friendliness of the people, and the many cultures that have passed through this region over many centuries, each leaving something of their culture behind. This is something we can all enjoy in this privileged corner of the world.

PRICES PER WEEK:
Low season: € 550,- per week (November till and of April, except Christmas- & Easter holiday).
Mid season: € 675,- per week (May, June, September and October plus Christmas- & Easter holiday).
High season: € 825,- per week (July and August).
Price are including electric, water and air-conditioning / heating.
Excl. cleaning before arrival and laundry cost.
Arrival cleaning € 95.- / Laundry cost € 10,- per person.

Sufficient towels and bed linen for 6 persons are provided. During the stay: extra cleaning or change of towels and bed linen are NOT included. On request we can provide this. There is a washing machine/dryer in the apartment.
Booking: Deposit 50% to be paid within 14 days after the receipt of the reservation invoice.
Balance: The remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to departure.
Refundable damage deposit € 250,-
Payments can be done by bank transaction.
Smoking inside is not allowed.
