Mortgages

We use a variety of mortgage brokers in order to get the best possible solution for our clients and are currently in the process of finding new products to ensure the best possible service for our clients.

Important to know:

Non-residents can get a mortgage of more or less 80% of the value of a property. Residents can usually take out 100% mortgage. For a newly built house, this percentage tends to be a little higher. The period of duration varies from 5 to 40 years. The period of duration and the amount of the loan is determined by a number of personal circumstances.

For a mortgage request you need the following;

  • P60 if employed, Tax return if self employed.
  • Last 3 months pay slips, if employed, Report and Accounts for self employed.
  • Last 3 months bank statements and a bank reference letter.

Below you’ll find some new products:

  • 95% to non residents on loans up to 180,000 euros. Life Insurance Policy is mandatory to be taken out with the mortgage supplier, and Medical Insurance cover is preferred. The rates on the mortgage are reduced when taking out these insurance policies.
  • 40 Year Interest Only Mortgages.
  • Bridging loans with up to 3 YEARS INTEREST ONLY period.
