Costa Andalucía Homes will take care of your house, villa, apartment or studio in Spain. We provide all kind of repairs and maintenance for your property, garden and pool. We also do house care service. For that we have developed our house care service package. This means we do a check-up every two weeks where we do the following:

• Checking water, electricity, lighting & alarm.
• Flushing toilets and tabs (to avoid calcium problems / bad smell).
• Ventilate the house.
• Emptying of mail box, if desired.
• Monthly report send to you by e-mail.
• Before your arrival we will sweep the terrace, turn on the boiler and fridge, etc.
• Cleaning service at arrival or departure should you require (not incl. in the price).
• Extra inspection after extreme weather (we immediately arrange necessary repair work, if needed)
• The price for this service is € 350,- per year
