We are a holiday rental company specializing in letting holiday homes, holiday villas and apartments in the luxury segment in Torremolinos to Marbella. Our office is located in Mijas on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain and is established in 2003.
What you can expect from us: | |
| We make a professional presentation with detailed description of your holiday property in English, Spanish German and Dutch. | |
| We also take a professional photo shoot to ensure an optimal presentation of your holiday villa or apartment. | |
| We advertise your holiday home through our own website and through various international holiday rental sites in four languages. | |
| The availability calendar will be kept up to date and we will adjust the prices for the new season annually. | |
| All requests from prospective tenants will be answered immediately. | |
| We make sure that we receive all the payments in time on our bank account. | |
| Customers receive a message with the status of the booking after each payment. | |
| We welcome the guests on arrival at a previously agreed meeting point, bring them to the accommodation, show them around the accommodation and collect the deposit. | |
| When the guest leaves we will check the inventory of the holiday accommodation and pay back the deposit. | |
| We arrange the planning for cleaning, including check-in and check-out of new guests. | |
| We arrange any requested extras such as; baby cot, high chair, etc. and ensure they’re in time in accommodation. | |
| Virtual tour - (Optional) - A virtual tour is worth a 1.000 images. These virtual tours are a great way to show your property and give visiters a real feel for what your property have to offer | € 225,- |
| Aerial photos - (Optional) - With aerial photos you will make the advert of your house more appealing. These create a spacious effect and will give the visitors on de website a more lively image of your property | € 175, |
