10 years on the Costa del Sol in Andalusia

Since 2001 we have been living and working with great joy on the Costa del Sol in Andalusia – South Spain. After running our own jewellery store for 25 years in Holland, we thought it was about time for a radical change and a new challenge. A different way of living, working and relaxing. We have been living and working in Spain now for more than 10 years and completely adapted to the Spanish way of living. Besides work, which we do with great pleasure, we try to spend as much time as possible enjoying the Costa del Sol in Spain and travelling through the beautiful Andalusia.

The start of our Business

In 2003 we started our real estate business Costa Andalucía Homes S.L. based in Mijas Costa, on the beautiful Costa del Sol in Andalusia. During the first years our main job consisted of selling property on the Costa del Sol.

The start of our Holiday Business

However, during that time we kept getting more and more requests for holiday rentals. At first, most requests were from relatives and friends who were of course inspired by our enthusiasm and needed to see what the Costa del Sol is all about for themselves, so they came to spend their holiday on the Costa de Sol, renting a holiday property. What started as a service for friends and family eventually turned into the main business of our company Costa Andalucía Homes S.L. At this moment we rent out about 50 holiday apartments and villas and we keep getting more and more.

We are a small yet enthusiastic, devoted and service- aimed team. Personal contact with our clients is the key to our service. It is our way to meet up with your specific holiday requirements. From your first contact with us, you have a personal advisor for all your questions. And our service goes much further than just booking your holiday accommodation.

Howe we meet you

If you go to the accommodation by taxi, we will meet you in front of the accommodation, guide you through your apartment or villa and hand-over the keys to you. Should you decide to rent a car, you will receive a clear route description to a meeting point. From there we personally guide you to your holiday accommodation guide you through your apartment or villa and hand you the key.

Assistance during your stay

Should you need any assistance or if you experience any problems during your stay, we are always available for help. Because of this personal and service-focused way or working, many hundreds of customers have enjoyed an unforgettable holiday in one of our many wonderful apartments and villas. And that is what makes it our pleasure.

After Sales service

If you own a holiday property on the Costa del sol, or just have bought a holiday property, Costa Andalucía Homes S.L. takes care of your property on the Costa del Sol in Spain if you wish so. We have a team taking care of maintenance and repair work of your property, garden and swimming pool. Upon request we can also do regular inspections of your property when you are not in Spain for a certain period.
