House Care Service

You own a property at the Costa del Sol and you would like to rent it out, or you are looking for someone reliable to look after your property on a regular basis?

We are specialed in:

• Renting,
• Key holding,
• Cleaning,
• Check ups,
• Maintanance etc.

We look after your property while you are away.

This means we do a check up twice a month where we do the following:

• Ventilate the house.
• Checking water, electricity & lighting.
• Flushing toilets and tabs (to avoid calcium problems / bad smell).
• Emptying of mail box.
• Before arrival of guests (or yourself) we make sure the apartment is ready to enter (by sweeping the terrace, turn on the boiler and fridge,etc.)
• Extra inspection after extreme weather conditions (we report possible damage and should there be necesarry repair work, we can immediately arrange this, with your approval)
• Monthly report send to you by e-mail.

For this basis package we charge €350, - per year.

Cleaning service at arrival or departure should you require.
