The subtropical swimming pools surrounded with palms and a colorful landscaped garden is the heart of the holiday resort. The apartment is newly furnished late 2011 with luxury modern furniture and comfortable beds. "The comforts of home" is not just a slogan for this beautiful apartment. The apartment has air conditioning / heating in all rooms, flat screen TV with some English channels, FREE INTERNET, DVD player, iPod docking station and Dolby surround system. In front of the living room and the bedrooms is a magnificent south-facing terrace with two lounge sofas, dining table with 8 chairs, 2 sun beds and a Weber gas barbecue. The terrace is situated on the outside of the resort and adjoins a private garden that goes over in a natural valley. Because of this tranquil location you can relax and enjoy the peace, serenity and beautiful view (partly at sea). The terrace is also the ideal place to enjoy the delicious breakfast in the Spanish sun or an evening barbecue with your family or friends. The apartment is very spacious and can accommodate up to 6 people and is also ideal for golfing groups. The holiday resort is fully fenced and every evening and night there is a guard present on site.

Excellent location not too far from the activities but enough to be quiet and peaceful.
This luxury apartment is very central situated close to the beaches and the golf courses on the Costa del Sol. From the apartment its only 800 meters to the golf clubhouse Miraflores Golf and 1600 meters to the beach Riviera del Sol in Mijas Costa. The urbanization Riviera del Sol in Mijas Costa is located between Malaga and Marbella. Although it is a tranquil environment in the vicinity there is plenty to do.

Local leisure:
Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pubs, cafés, internet café, weekly market. At 1100 m from the apartment you will find the Las Terrazas shopping center with some shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The shopping malls MIRAMAR EL and EL CORTE INGLES in Mijas Costa are just 15 minutes by car.

Activities
In the vicinity are ample activities here, such as the beautifully landscaped zoo in Fuengirola, the water park Aquapark Mijas Aquapark Torremolinos, the largest theme park on the Costa del Sol the Tivoli World Park in Benalmadena, the cable car, located next to the Tivoli Park, which brings you from Benalmadena to the top of the mountain Calamorro, the Sea live
in Benalmadena, the Selwo Adventure Park in Estepona, etc. The internationally famous horse racing track Mijas Costa is also nearby (here are regular competitions, which is certainly worth a visit).

A golfers paradise
In the surroundings of the apartment you will find a vast array of more than 50 renowned golf courses including, for example Miraflores Golf, Mijas Golf, El chaparral Golf Club, La siesta Golf, La Cala Golf (with 3 x 18 holes the largest golf course in Spain), Alhaurin Golf, the famous Valderrama Golf Course, the Marbella Golf & Country Club, Los Arqueros Golf & La Quinta Golf and Country Club.

The beach resort Fuengirola
The apartment is pretty centrally located at just 11 kilometer from the hustle and bustle of the famous resort of Fuengirola. Fuengirola is one of the major tourist development on Costa del Sol with impressive beaches and boulevard spread over a length of 8 Kilometer, and a harbour from where you can enjoy a selection of water sports. No need for the less adventurous visitor to be afraid as there´s plenty in the way of pub grub and fish and chip shops! Surprisingly in such a tourist centre you´ll still see fishermen out on their small trawlers each morning catching your evening meal. You can pass many hours wandering along the long promenade stopping at the many bars and cafés. You also can visit the remains of the Moorish Castle of Sohail on the western edge of the resort. Tuesday and Saturday is the day for shopaholics when the weekly market is set up in the centre of town. There are malls like the MIRAMAR and EL CORTE INGLES, supermarkets, pleasant shopping streets, a wide range of international restaurants to suit every taste and every budget, cozy squares with terraces, etc.

The resort of Marbella - Puerto Banus
Its only 20 kilometre to the luxurious and famous Marbella with his beautiful marina Puerto Banus. Marbella offers clean beaches, elegant shops such as Gucci and Armani, clubs, art, top class restaurants, sport clubs and a casino. If you think Marbella is just a tourist interest for its beach side life and Mediterranean weather, you are wrong. There is much more to see, and the best part is its “Casco Antiguo” the Old town, situated in the centre of the Marbella, and only a few hundred meters from the beach and boulevard. In the pretty narrow little streets, set in an arabesque style, and structures that date back as far as 11th century, you’ll find shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, live music, etc. The central attraction of Old Town is the Orange Square or “La Plaza de los Naranjos”. A fantastic place with lots of history. Also the metropolis of Málaga is definitely worth a visit.

Beautifully landscaped garden with subtropical swimming pool, separate children's pool and bar / terrace with snacks and drinks by the pool during the summer months. There is a free to use paddle tennis on site on the resort

Spacious partially covered terrace of 79m2 facing south. The terrace is situated on the quiet exterior part of the resort and leads to the private garden and a natural valley. Due to the spacious terrace the adjoining private garden and the beautiful view (partly at sea) it feels like you are staying in a villa. The terrace has two comfortable sofas, a terrace table with 8 chairs, two sun loungers and a Weber gas grill.

Beautifully landscaped subtropical swimming pool surrounded by palm trees with a separate children's pool. On the terraces around the pool are free to use sun beds available. At the pool are showers and toilets. During the summer months the terrace bar beside the pool is open so you can enjoy your drinks and snacks without leaving the holiday resort.

Modern kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, granite worktop and dining area in the kitchen.

There are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning / heating, fitted wardrobes and sliding doors to the terraces. Two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have 2 single beds that can be placed together or can be used separately.

There are a total of three bathrooms. The en-suite master bathroom has a shower, bath furniture with washbasin, toilet and bidet. The second en-suite bathroom has a shower, bath furniture with two washbasins, toilet and bidet. The third bathroom has a bathtub, sink and toilet.

Underground parking places.

On the holiday resort there is a security guard during the night. The apartment has a video entry system. The main gate opens with a remote control.
